Rainbow Foundation (FAI), non-profit organization dedicated to iSocial and labor integration of people with disabilities Physical, mental, intellectual, and sensory disabilities are celebrating 25 years of working towards a fairer world, demonstrating that the social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities is a reality. The organization commemorates this anniversary by reaffirming its commitment to dignified, stable employment adapted to each individual's abilities.
Throughout these 25 yearsFAI has opted for a sustainable, inclusive and responsible business model, which has made it possible to generate quality employment and actively contribute to the social and labor integration of a group that enriches each project with its effort and dedication.
To commemorate this special occasion, FAI organized a trip to Valencia that became an unforgettable experience for its employees. It began with a special breakfast on the AVE high-speed train, followed by a visit to the Oceanogràfic aquarium, and culminated in a delicious lunch overlooking the sea. In addition, employees received a commemorative 25th-anniversary bag and a special gift as a memento of this unique day.

In October 2024, FAI began a new chapter in its history with the relocation of its facilities to Alcalá de HenaresThis strategic decision marks the beginning of an ambitious expansion process. This change has strengthened its operational capacity, improved its services, and opened new opportunities to generate inclusive employment in an environment committed to diversity.
Currently, FAI has 100 permanent employees, whose average salary is above the national average, and 93% of whom have some form of disability. This reality is the best proof that it is possible to build a a more inclusive society, fair and diverse, where talent and dignity go hand in hand.
