The year 2025 represents another turning point for the Capardoni GroupFounded in 1947, Capardoni has evolved through seven key acquisitions, including Packplast, Cosmar, Guiros, Novapack, and Packtrade. In 2003, it was acquired by the Capardoni family. Meazza, which has boosted its industrial diversification and self-sufficiency.
In November 2024 the merger between Capardoni and Capsol, creating a group with a turnover of over €50 million and 149 employees. The company has three production plants in Lombardy and five logistics centers in Italy. Capardoni offers packaging for a wide range of sectors: skincare, nail polish (where it holds a strong leadership), perfumes, air fresheners, and food.
Capardoni also bets on the sustainability, using post-consumer recycled plastics and designing mono-material products. They have various certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, EcoVadis Silver 2024, etc.)
Product innovation
Among its developments, the following stand out: Total Nevis 30 ml, compact container for liquid/cream formulas, in HDPE or PP (both recyclable) and PP cap; mono-material PP droppers, which do not require disassembly for recycling and have a lower risk of breakage compared to glass tubes, such as Diamond, elegant, with a diamond-shaped nipple; Flip-top cap 360°, a tamper-evident cap with anti-unscrewing patent; Chico, a new and elegant glass bottle, with its rounded glass base and stopper, ideal for containing foundations, serums or other formulas, and Ruby Stick, a 100% recyclable PP stick, versatile for makeup and facial care.
