Caviaroli presents its new fruit pearls at Salón Gourmets

Caviaroli, pioneer in spherification and encapsulation of olive oil, presents its new fruit pearls: Caviaroli Fruit.

caviaroli will take advantage of the setting of the 36th edition of the Gourmets Room, which is held in Madrid, from April 17-20, to make the official presentation of his latest creation. Three varieties of an original product, Lemon, Mango and Raspberry, designed both for Retail, 50-gram containers, and for Horeca, 200-gram containers.

The Catalan family business also participates in the International Quality Food and Beverage Fair with its Liquid Olive Sauces, thus reinforcing its presence and its business capacity in Madrid.

Following his work philosophy, caviaroli has put quality and the consumer experience at the center of its priorities for the creation of this product. To do this, it has sought the most natural flavors, within the limitations imposed by being a perishable product, and has sought the best transport conditions so that the product reaches chefs and foodies in optimal conditions.

Made from concentrated lemon juice, Lemon Pearls are spheres of approximately 6 millimeters in diameter, with lemon juice inside liquid that explode in the mouth when bitten, pale yellow in color and with an acid lemon flavor.

Mango Pearls are made with natural mango paste and preserved in a syrup that enhances its natural sweetness. These spheres of approximately 6 mm in diameter, with a liquid interior, are orange in color and have a mango flavor.

Made from concentrated natural raspberry juice, the Raspberry Pearls are spheres that are also 6 millimeters in diameter, with a liquid interior, a reddish, almost purple color, and a raspberry flavor.
