Hacienda Lopez de Haro launches the third vintage of its barrel-aged white wine that joins the prestigious Classica collection, the series of great reserves of special vintages for the San Vicente de la Sonsierra winery that pay tribute to prominent historical figures from Rioja. Of this Grand Reserve White 2014 have been elaborated 6.084 bottles. The wine is made from Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca from two areas of Rioja, Sonsierra and Alto Najerilla, which are fermented together in the same tank with wild yeasts from the grapes and then aged for three years in Bordeaux barrels made from European oak, sourced from a special selection of forests in France and Eastern Europe.

As export manager for large wineries such as Franco Españolas and AGE, she broke records and glass ceilings even before the term was coined, from the 60s until well into the XNUMXs. Cordier, who passed away in 2023, is the history of Rioja, an exceptional woman who was initially seen as a young intruder but who earned the respect and affection of the entire sector.
