Constantia Flexibles, a global packaging manufacturer, has announced the acquisition of the majority of the shares of Aluflexpack AG, a leading European producer of customized flexible packaging, serving the food and beverage sectors pharmacistHeadquartered in Reinach (Aargau), Switzerland, Aluflexpack has approximately 1700 employees in nine countries.
