Mirai Investments acquires Cosmeprint

Mirai Investments It acquires Cosmeprint, SL., a company based in Sant Pere de Vilamajor (Barcelona) specializing in the manufacture of packaging for the cosmetics, personal care, parapharmaceutical and food sectors. Founded in 2003, it had a turnover of nearly 10 million euros in 2023.

The Catalan company joins MAM, Metaltec, Cooper Laboratories and Jumsa, other companies bought by the Basque investment fund, which also incorporated the company Imat, specializing in airport furniture, in July.
