caviaroli, a pioneering company in spherification and encapsulation of olive oil, has designed an exclusive 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham caviar together with the gourmet Iberian products firm Manor of Montanera: the new ones Iberian Ham Pearls.
Presented in 50-gram jars, each pearl contains the authentic flavour of the purest Iberian ham, combining tradition and innovation in spheres of extra virgin olive oil. These delicate pearls not only offer an explosion of flavour and texture, but also a slight bitter touch, characteristic of the fat of Iberian ham, which provides an intense aroma and a deep acorn flavour.
The Iberian Ham Pearls They can be incorporated into a wide variety of dishes. Thus, they can be used as an accompaniment to tapas or appetizers, on crispy toast with fresh cheese or foie gras; to top pasta dishes, risottos or vegetable creams; in gourmet salads, combined with green leaves, nuts and Manchego cheese; with meat or fish carpaccios, or even on sushi, for a unique Iberian touch.
Although this product is designed for the HORECA channel, caviaroli plans to market it through the retail channel in the future.
