Sorribas workshop presents his new vegetable burgers from Obrador Sorribas, the new ranges for the Horeca channel and the new products from the Biográ organic food line.
Obrador Sorribas has expanded the range of vegetable burgers with two flexitarian novelties: the spelled, goat cheese and honey burger; and the one with mozzarella and vegetables, with 33% vegetables, rich in protein and a source of fiber.
Distribution to the professional channel has been the great novelty of Obrador Sorribas this past year and in this sense it continues to strengthen this sector with the entry of new references of frozen products. Within the Horeca range there are products such as: burgers, tofu, seitan, croquettes and meatballs.
Biography, the company's organic food line at room temperature, has also launched new products in the organic range: rice with a trio of lentils; tricolor quinoa; Demerara cane sugar; and whole cane sugar Mascabado. These products contain a high nutritional level and a great gastronomic taste.
