Pixel art has carried out the redesign of the packaging for The Bow Tie Paintings, a company with almost 100 years of history at the forefront of the paint and decoration products sector.
Packaging design laid the foundation for their visual renewal. They subsequently applied that same philosophy of clarity and creativity to their corporate identity, creating a coherent graphic system that unifies all their products.
The objective was to create a system of the packaging that was not only functional, but also conveyed the brand's values and connected with its audience. To achieve this, they focused on two fundamental pillars: clarity of information and visual coherence.
Flexible typefaces that adapt to different text lengths and evocative images showcasing product finishes were used. These images, created using photography and artificial intelligence tools, convey what users can achieve with the products, fostering inspiration and emotional connection.
Pixelarte also identified a lack of clarity in the labeledConsumers didn't always understand product features, which made decision-making difficult. Therefore, they developed a flexible labeling system that was easily replicable for new product lines and adaptable to different languages. This system not only improves the user experience but also facilitates the work of retailers in large stores.
Additionally, they worked on prioritizing information, ensuring that the most important aspects of the product (such as its use, finish, and sustainability) were easily identifiable. This not only helps consumers but also strengthens trust in the brand.
