Princes, a European graphic group based in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), acquires the Catalan company Cintaplast, manufacturer of adhesive labels specialized in the pharmaceutical sector based in La Llagosta (Barcelona).
Isabel and Jordi Garcés will continue directing Cintaplast. "Our objective, after 36 years at the helm of Cintaplast, was to guarantee the continuity of the project started by our parents... In the Printeos Group, we have found human and business values that coincide with ours", he comments Isabel garces.
Jordi Garces adds: «Grupo Printeos values our well-known capacity for Development and Innovation in products and systems. We will contribute the experience and professionalism of our organization, our robust quality system and the offer of products with high added value».
For its part, Ignacio Reiris, CEO of Printeos, declares: “We are looking forward to working with all members of Cintaplast with the common goal of promoting its development. Cintaplast will retain its management team and its unique brand identity, as well as its investment capacity to better adapt to the needs of its customers, in line with the common operational autonomy in the Printeos group.”
