Quadpack, a manufacturer and supplier of beauty packaging, has published its 2024 impact report. The B Corp-certified company continues its sustainable journey as part of PSB Industries, publishing the report voluntarily and in a spirit of transparency. The report demonstrates improvements in several areas in 2024, including:
- Transition to a technology-based approach to sustainability, starting with internal carbon data capture through a digital platform, with plant-level carbon footprint representation.
- Living wage for all workers, maintaining wage levels 20% above the minimum wage in nearly all company locations.
- The gender pay gap has been reduced by 28,6%, from 12,5% to 8,9%.
Women's average hourly wages increased by 6,6% (100% of suppliers signed a code of ethics, with a reinforced due diligence process through the EcoVadis and Sedex platforms, supplier audits, and an internal questionnaire).
Quadpack's overall progress was recognized with the EcoVadis Platinum Medal, placing it among the top 1% globally in sustainability performance.
Together with its sister company Texen, it aims to lead the sector's eco-transition, focusing on responsible sourcing, sustainable manufacturing, and responsible consumption.
