SATO Europe appoints Armelle Jaclot as European marketing director

SATO Europe, a global provider of labeling and automatic identification solutions, has appointed Armelle Jaclot European marketing director, effective from 12 January 2026.

Armelle Jaclot will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing the marketing strategy of SATO Europe across Europe, with a focus on strengthening brand positioning, boosting demand generation and supporting the organization's transition to solution-oriented, value-based and customer-centric marketing.

She brings a strong background in B2B marketing within the technology, edtech, and education sectors, with extensive experience working in highly digital and multicultural environments. In her previous role as global marketing director, she led international, performance-driven marketing strategy campaigns across multiple business areas, with a track record encompassing branding, content, events, and marketing automation. She is passionate about digital transformation and the impact of AI on modern marketing.

These solutions optimize workflows, enabling data capture and visualization for a connected world of productivity, security, peace of mind, and sustainability. Founded in 1940, SATO has a presence in 26 countries with a workforce of over 5.900 people. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, revenues of 154.807 billion yen (US$1.014 billion) were reported.
