In little more than a year of travel, the Genetically Rebel wines have already contributed in an important way to the social and labor insertion programs of Asindown Foundation, entity that works for the comprehensive development and social and labor inclusion of people with Down syndrome and other intellectual disabilities, at all stages of their lives.
The bet has not only been from individuals, but also from companies that both this Christmas and last Christmas gave away Genetically Rebel wines to workers and clients, as is the case of Teika, Eurofirms, Aquaservice, Isaval, Ilunion Hotels, Grupo Royo and Aguas de Valencia, among others.

We want to encourage that number to increase and this Christmas more people and entities choose these solidarity wines that mean inclusion, equality, opportunities and rights for people with Down syndrome and intellectual disabilities. For this Christmas 2022, a video has been released whose motto is attitude, an element present in everyday life and essential in the lives of all people. Two Asindown users, Cloe and Rafa, both with Down syndrome, have participated in the video, and in which they can be seen participating in the process of making Genetically Rebel wines. The actor Camilo García, a regular voice actor for Anthony Hopkins, collaborated in the voice over of the video.
Solidarity wines of high expression
Family Solidarity wines Genetically Rebels It is made up of two wines, red and white, organic and vegan, for whose name the motto of the Foundation itself has been chosen.
Genetically Rebeldes Tinto is 100% Bobal, whose grapes come from old vineyards over 60 years old. This highly expressive wine also has been aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. In tasting, the aromas are of red and black fruits, with a touch of liquorice and light toasting from the barrel. A balanced wine, with a very Mediterranean personality
For its part, Genetically Rebeldes white is a wine made with a coupage in which the Verdejo grape predominates, nuanced with a percentage of Macabeo. It is an aromatically very expressive wine, with hints of white flowers, summer fruit, such as apricots, and citrus. It stands out above all for its freshness and complexity resulting from a slight aging in tank, on its fine lees, for two months.
The wines can be found in large stores such as El Corte Inglés, Alcampo and Carrefour, in specialized stores and in online wine sales channels, including the Bodega Sierra Norte online store.
