anodized die-cast aluminum technology

TNT Group presents its Anodized die-cast aluminum technology with a glossy finish responsible. It is fully compatible with standard domestic sorting processes.

The company stands out for its dominance in the zamak, A noble material recognized for its density and pleasant feel, its premium creations are currently produced with more than 30% recycled zamak, in line with a circular economy approach.

TNT Group had already invested in the development of parts for aluminum Cold-pressed for Chanel and L'Artisan Parfumeur. This technology offered a lighter alternative to zamak, taking advantage of a metal widely available in the food industry and benefiting from significant volumes that facilitated access to established global collection and recycling streams. However, the shapes of these pieces were limited to simple, symmetrical structures achieved through machining.

La New technology of injected aluminum with a bright anodized finish It eliminates the limitations associated with zamak or cold-pressed aluminum. It offers greater design flexibility, allowing for a variety of metal finishes and anodization, as well as weight reduction compared to zamak, while maintaining a premium feel and full compatibility with domestic recycling streams.

TNT Group has certification ISO 14067 and has launched Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies to compare the environmental impact of each option on an identical project. An LCA has already been conducted comparing recycled zamak with raw zamak. Additional studies will be conducted for cold-pressed aluminum by the end of 2025 and for anodized die-cast aluminum in 2026.
