Technological innovation and sustainable transformation have been the main drivers in the IV Advanced Manufacturing Awards, presented within the framework of Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025, the leading industrial innovation event held at IFEMA and organized by Easyfairs.
The ceremony recognized seven organizations and technology centers whose projects are driving competitiveness and modernization in the Spanish manufacturing sector, consolidating these awards as benchmarks in promoting excellence and innovation applied to industry.
Winners of the Advanced Manufacturing Awards 2025
- Best Innovation in Product Design and DevelopmentBASE PROTECTION GROUP, with its Hiproflex project, a proposal that combines state-of-the-art materials and design to improve protection in industrial environments.
- Most Disruptive Technology in the Production Process: CATEC, for HT SMART, an intelligent system that optimizes efficiency in advanced manufacturing.
- Most Innovative Technology in Composite Manufacturing: Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), with AKELITE, a pioneering development for the production of composite materials.
- Improved Automated Production and Robotic Integration: Pemamek Iberia, with its PEMA Skyline FMS system, designed to automate the welding of large metal components.
- Better Product Testing and Quality Control: NUTAI, for its Vinsnpect project, which uses machine vision and data analysis to ensure maximum accuracy and traceability in quality control.
- Smart Factory: Better Connected Production ChainBeiersdorf Manufacturing, with its digital transformation project at the Tres Cantos plant, a benchmark for connectivity, efficiency and predictive analytics.
- Best Sustainable and Circular Economy ProjectURAPHEX, for its water regeneration system in industrial processes, a solution that drastically reduces water consumption and promotes the circular economy.
Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025 is consolidated
The fourth edition of the awards was held as part of an event that once again concluded a successful run. Advanced Manufacturing Madrid 2025 brought together more than 13.000 professionals and 640 exhibiting brands in Halls 8 and 10 of IFEMA, generating over 52.000 business interactions during its two days.
During the ceremony, Oscar Barranco, general manager of Easyfairs Iberia, He emphasized the value of the award-winning projects and the impact of industrial innovation on economic and social development: “These awards reflect the commitment of Spanish industry to moving towards a smarter, more connected, and sustainable future.
