Seriplast presents two new products: two variants of the company's flagship product created in 2008 with the famous split polypropylene ampoule. This time, it is a sample pack that can be closed again with a capacity of 1,5ml and a Double chamber sample pack, with a capacity of 1,2ml, which has been specially developed for ,In both cases, the challenge is to achieve perfect fragility that allows the head and body of the ampoule to be separated and, despite the thickness of the wall, to avoid any risk of leakage, while guaranteeing, and this is a novelty, perfect resealability.
Mini lip gloss, mini mascara, mini dropper…
The main advantage is that the head is equipped with a stem like a glitter, a spatula or a dropper. Its use is very simple: just break the head of the ampoule. In the case of a double-chamber ampoule, pour the product into the palm of your hand and close the ampoule by snapping the head together when there is still product inside. The central skirt of the head keeps compartment 1 completely closed from compartment 2.
If it is an ampoule with an integrated stem, it is used according to its specific application (lip gloss, serum, mascara, cream, etc.) and then the ampoule is closed by snapping the head on for later use.
Here too, each ampoule is tested individually and the trick lies in the design of the “in-house” tool moulds. This range of adaptable packaging, called “Signature”, is available in 3 formats: 1,5ml, 3ml and 5ml. Thanks to the choice of different applicators (dropper, spatula, brush or fine brush), each product offers a personalised application, guaranteeing an optimal user experience.
