TGT presents its new range of cheeses: The Indomitables of Ahuyentalobos

The line is made up of three cheeses from the Roncal and Karrantza Valley, two areas with high humidity that give the cheeses a unique flavor. With a natural rind and a strong character, these cheeses are made with the highest quality milk and careful maturation.

Wolf Scarer Sheep It is an unctuous cheese on the palate, with notes of black pepper and slightly acid, a sign of its eight-month maturation, whose aroma reminds us of humid earth.

Wolf Repellent Goat It has an intense and slightly spicy but very subtle personality, thanks to a minimum maturation of 130 days. Its quality was recognized with the WCA 2022 award in the SUPER GOLD category.

Wolf Scarer Cow It has a minimum maturation of 60 days, made with the excellent quality of pasteurized milk collected from the Encartaciones area.

Inspired by an unusual farm whose sheep, goats and cows are neither shy nor peaceful, but rather a group of brave protagonists with a strong personality and pride, the Wolf-scarer's name it connects the intensity of its flavor and its character with this unusual and colorful farm that no wolf has dared to enter for years.
