Alzamora Group has bought the company from the packaging Portuguese Novotype, based in Lisbon, to enhance its leadership strategy in this national market and improve its international presence. This purchase increases Alzamora's productive and strategic capacity.
The combination of Alzamora and Novotype will provide its customers with more supply capacity, more possibilities of formats and more reliability and reaction capacity.
The integration of the two companies will take place in the coming months. During this period, Novotype will undergo a restructuring and integration process, together with Alzamora, with the aim of taking advantage of synergies and sharing know-how to offer better service to customers.
With this acquisition, Alzamora Group has a turnover of around 35 million euros and achieves a significant increase in its market share.
