Aptar Beauty has acquired iD Scent, an expert in fragrance paper sample solutions. iD Scent will further strengthen and expand Aptar's portfolio of fragrance sampling solutions with a 100% paper-based product, customizable for each beauty brand and fully compatible with e-commerce. iD Scent also provides a proprietary manufacturing process and actives.
iD Scent was founded in 2004 by Michel Caffon in Lyon, France, and has developed a strong understanding of scented paper technology, offering a wide range of paper samples, combined with compelling expertise in scent longevity.
The company has been recognized within the beauty industry and has received several awards, including being awarded for its patented innovation, Scentouch, launched in 2019. The papers used in Scentouch meet commitments such as Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification. .
