Axilone and Verescence announce the joint development of a standard packaging solution that combines glass and aluminum, designed for formulas of liquid make-up.
With a capacity of 7,5 ml, the solution accommodates a variety of liquid formulas that are very popular in the beauty market, including liquid lipsticks, lip oils, glosses, as well as liquid eye shadows or blushes.
The solution stands out for its assembly of premium materials. It combines the Kali bottle, made by Verescence from lightweight glass (Glass Score A) and incorporating 20% PCR (post-consumer recycled glass), with a “Pure Metal” cap and stem made entirely of aluminium by Axilone. This combination of glass and aluminium guarantees full recyclability and offers a high-end perception that meets the requirements of luxury brands.
Each component, from the glass bottle to the applicator, including the aluminium cap, can be customised according to the desired brand universe. The cylindrical bottle allows for various bespoke decoration options, such as lacquering, hot stamping, silk-screen printing or label sticking, while the cap can be precision-shaped to create distinctive reliefs and patterns.
