Alzamora Group, a leading business group in the manufacture of cardboard packaging, has obtained the “Gold Award” award at the European Carton Excellence Award to Eco Wine Pack, your solution recyclable and fully biodegradable that stands out for an innovative structural design.
The European Carton Excellence Award gala, the most important and prestigious packaging awards in Europe, took place on September 15 in Poland. A ceremony that had not been held in person for more than two years. In this 26th edition Alzamora Group obtained the "Gold Award" distinction with Eco Wine Pack, its sustainable packaging produced for a client of the wine sector, whose objective was to provide differentiation and value to the product, through innovative and environmentally friendly packaging.
Carles Chargel, director of R&D of the group, points out that “through the ecodesign applied in Eco Wine Pack, a unique solution in the market was achieved, ecological and resistant that, at the same time, is comfortable to use for the consumer.” In this sense, the container presents optimal ergonomics, which has been achieved thanks to the external holes of the pack. This makes it possible to enhance the visualization of the interior product and offer more options for handling the container, being able to hold it with a single hand and from any side.
With this new recognition, Alzamora Group already has more than 16 European trophies and 6 world trophies in its awards showcase, in competitions such as the European Carton Excellence Award and the World Star Packaging Awards (WPO).
