La Business Federation of the Spanish Chemical Industry (FEIQUE), as managing representative of the global initiative Responsible Care in Spain, has renewed the certificate that recognizes the BASF Group as a CSR Responsible Company. The Responsible Care program, which started in 2015, is the global and voluntary initiative of the chemical industry throughout the world to advance in the continuous improvement of safety, health and environmental protection in all operations in this sector since a sustainable and socially responsible approach.
This recognition, which will be valid until 2025, certifies that the company adheres to the voluntary Responsible Care initiative and that it reports to Feique the Responsible Care performance indicators, as well as the self-assessment of the CEFIC (European Council of Health) framework management system.
