Berlin Packaging acquires Premi SpA

Berlin Packaging today announced the acquisition of Award SpA., a global supplier of packaging specialized in dynamic and innovative solutions for the beauty and cosmetics sectors.

Headquartered in Milan (Italy) and with more than 150 employees in Europe, the United States and Asia, Awards supplies a wide range of packaging products and services to the main cosmetic companies. Through its research and development centers on three continents, Premi helps its clients from initial conception to product launch and is a recognized leader in the field of beauty product packaging.

Premi has value-added services that enable it to offer its customers turnkey solutions, including formulation services, compatibility and stability testing, sustainability solutions, branding and marketing services. digital, among others. Premi also offers solutions for the packaging customized without minimum order requirements through its online store, Stocksmetic.
