This redesign

This redesign, the first major update to the visual identity of Bud Light in eight years, includes the logo reinvented and modernized primary and secondary packaging. It is part of a broader evolution of the brand that is currently underway. 

This new look pays tribute to its most iconic packaging from the past, although it is current thanks to its bolder logo and the unmistakable combination of blues. By recovering the historic “AB” crest of the brewery, the design highlights the attributes that established the brand as the beer most popular in the country.

The firm collaborated on the design with Bud Light's creative agency, Wieden + Kennedy New York, to ensure it was consistent with the marketing campaign. The new the packaging Bud Light was launched on the domestic market this spring.
