Quadpack Executive Management Changes

quad pack has announced the appointment of Alexandra Chauvigné as the new CEO, a position he has held since September 1, 2022. Chauvigné succeeds the co-founder Tim eaves, who will continue to serve as chairman of Quadpack's board of directors. The move is in line with good governance practices, separating the roles of CEO and Chairman to improve transparency and accountability, which will allow Eaves to spend more time on social and environmental sustainability initiatives in the newly created role director of impact.

Alexandra Chauvigne He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience and a solid track record in the packaging industry. She previously held the position of general manager of consumer product packaging, a business unit of DS Smith, a global provider of sustainable paperboard solutions. Previously, she had held various executive positions at Aptar, a world leader in dispensing packaging solutions. From 2018 to 2020 she was vice president and general manager of her skin care and color cosmetics business, and from 2011 to 2017 she was president of global market development for her beauty business. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about driving profitable business growth, bringing innovative solutions to market, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Chauvigné has a master's degree in materials science and engineering from INSA and is an alumna of the executive leadership programs at HEC, MIT and INSEAD.

Tim eaves founded the company in 2003, when his Belcos company merged with Lenglart Packaging and Gadbrook Packaging. Quadpack started as a merchandising business and has grown to become a multinational manufacturer serving the world's leading beauty brands. Under Eaves' leadership, it has become one of the top five European packaging suppliers, with more than 800 employees, 35 m000 of production facilities and two regional distribution centers. Eaves' approach to sustainable transformation has enabled the company to achieve B Corp certification earlier this year, a significant achievement as Quadpack approaches its 2th anniversary.

As he himself commented: “I am proud of my legacy at the helm of Quadpack.
