Clover Chemicals Invests Again in Dantex PicoColour

Clover Chemicals and Dantex PicoColour

Clover chemicals, a leading manufacturer of cleaning chemicals, based in Derbyshire, UK, recently invested in a UV-Inkjet digital press for Dantex PicoColour labels.

Manufactured and supplied by Dantex Digital, the digital division of the Dantex Group, it will replace two old digital presses, purchased by the company in 2012. To this end, the system has been equipped with various in-line finishing options, including die cutting and cutting station.

As a chemical manufacturer, Clover Chemicals prints all of its labels in-house. The ability to produce labels on demand allows them to avoid keeping large quantities in stock, and cost-effective short-run printing enables the company to supply its customers with custom-labeled products with tight lead times.

With a 210mm print width and a speed of 25 meters per minute PicoColour is a versatile and highly productive printing system that simultaneously offers a competitive price. The press works with UV inks, available in CMYK + W.
