Preserving the safety of food, pharmaceuticals or cosmetics through hygienic design will be the central axis of the EHEDG World Congress on Hygienic Engineering and Design 2012, to be held on November 7 and 8, 2012 in Valencia. There will be more than 25 presentations from the main companies, universities and research institutes of international reference, linked to hygiene engineering and design, as well as bilateral meetings or "business meetings".
