Controlpack presents the new SPK224 strapping machine, a new generation of cordless strapping machines "Made in Europe", whose fully automatic operation adapts to all strapping positions, facilitating any operation to change rollers and other wear parts.
It features an ergonomic soft contact handle and a brushless motor (different motors due to welding and tension) to avoid a complete motor change due to breakage of one of the two.
It also has an easy adjustment of 13 / 16mm strapping guides, a Servo-Motor controlled welding, where a small electric motor operates a gear train of reduction and rolling that drives the welding systems, offering the possibility to lock the settings. .
The SPK224 strapping machine has three operating modes: automatic, semi and manual.
The latest technology Lithi Polymer batteries (LI-PO) offer a significant improvement in autonomy (300 strapping cycles per charge) and durability (reduction of the memory effect) compared to the same machines of its family (with Lithi Ion batteries).
In addition, the control of the entire operation is carried out from a digital control panel, from where the operator can regulate the work mode, the tensioning force and the welding time.
