For Invictus by Paco Rabanne, Cosfibel has created a metal box shaped like a soccer ball.
Cosfibel faced the challenge of transforming tin by stretching it to the limits of its strength. Each part required around 10 successive production operations, from stretching and molding to stamping the decoration that represents the effect of stitching on the leather.
The two halves that make up this chest are held together with a metal hinge and closed by a system of grooves.
Inside, black PET shims hold the fragrance bottle and a deodorant in place. Once filled, each chest is delivered in a clear PET cover manufactured by the factory in grumble in Spain.
