COSMOGEN & ASQUAN GROUP

COSMOGEN's acquisition of ASQUAN gives rise to COSMOGEN & ASQUAN GROUPA new international group with nearly 80 employees and consolidated revenues of $50 million. The Group will be led by Priscille Allais, CEO, Together with Henri Tinchant, founder of ASQUAN, who will hold the position of COO of the Group.

This transaction is fully aligned with COSMOGEN's strategy, announced at the time of its alliance with WEINBERG CAPITAL PARTNERS at the end of 2024: to accelerate its growth and become a global leader.

COSMOGEN, an expert in high-value-added solutions for the beauty, wellness, and health sectors, and ASQUAN, a specialist in multi-category premium packaging, are now joining forces. While COSMOGEN stands out for its innovation and customized development, ASQUAN brings strong execution capabilities and broader product coverage.

Beyond its product offering, the Group is based on an agile model without its own factories, supported by a solid international industrial network combined with innovation, backed by patents, tailor-made developments and strategic sourcing.

Priscille Allais, CEO of COSMOGEN&ASQUAN GROUP“In a consolidating beauty market, it was essential to evolve. The acquisition of ASQUAN was a logical step, given the strong complementarity between our two companies. It allows us to become a leading global partner for brands with a global presence, while reinforcing our environmental and social commitments. I look forward to working closely with Henri Tinchant, whose unique experience in the sector will be a key asset for the Group.”
