coverpla

coverpla is expanding its product portfolio with the help of its European partners. This year, there is strong demand for caps with generous shapes that brands combine with bottles of all sizes, including mini formats. This is also the case for bottles with premium codes evoked by thick glass walls. At the opposite end of the spectrum, brands are asking for caps that are at once simple, effective and accessible.

Surlyn on top of the podium

With its glass-like crystal-clear transparency and plastic-like strength, Coverpla injects Surlyn in its workshops either with virgin content or with recycled waste from its own production for coloured versions. They will soon begin offering Surlyn grades made with recycled vegetable oil.

Marilyn, Gaby, Leo, Karma and Oscar
In addition to its proportions, Marilyn stands out for its elegant faceted shape that reflects light like crystal. Gaby is a simpler model of Surlyn deforms
cylindrical, easy to match with all bottle shapes. In the Coverpla range of wooden stoppers, Leo features two simple horizontal slots
and is equipped with a PP insert. It is available in two shades, white and tobacco, and can also be ordered in specific shades starting from 5.000 units.

Karma is a design that stands out for its base, which transforms into the 50ml format, and its glass distribution. Designed by Coverpla, it is produced by Zignago Vetro and equipped with a fixed collar.

Finally, Oscar adopts a trendy “apothecary” style for fragrance or cosmetic products. Depending on the format chosen (50 or 100ml), it offers a completely different look thanks to its thick base. Also produced by Zignago Vetro, it is equipped with a fixed collar.
