All components, from the outer glass container to the refillable cartridge, pump and cap, are made from recyclable materials. These attributes give it an Advanced level of sustainability according to Quadpack's positive impact packaging (PIP) classification system, based on exhaustive life cycle analysis.
With Crystal Ballet, glass is an ideal option for premium brands thanks to its solidity, transparency and cool-touch effect. This packaging supports several decorative techniques that combine with the possibilities provided by the double-wall structure.
In addition to the premium glass bottle, the components inside (refill cartridge, pump device and cap) are made of PP and the refill cap is made of PE. The airless pump does not contain any metal elements. All components can be easily separated for recycling.
Aware of the greater weight of glass, Quadpack has limited itself to the smallest formats, 15, 20, 30 and 50 ml, indicated for facial products. Airless technology prevents the formula from being distorted and reduces waste to a minimum, thanks to its high restitution rate. With a precise dosage of 0,2 cm3 per pump, it is ideal for skin care and cosmetic formulations, such as moisturizers and treatment products.
