Emana-Green Stone Paper, as innovative as it is committed to preserving the environment by not using trees or water, does not need to be bleached with chlorine or any acid and requires 50% less energy for its production. It is a combination of mineral powder (80% calcium carbonate) and a small part of non-toxic resin (20%) that acts as a binder made from PE. It is crushed into a kind of very fine white powdered gypsum and the stone paper is manufactured using a patented method.
Last year he won a bronze Pentawards for the Foranell organic wine label, from the Joaquim Batlle wineries.
