True to the company's commitment to innovation, Dow Europe GmbH has announced improved formulation and laboratory capabilities at its innovation center for high-performance plastics at Dow's European headquarters in Horgen, Switzerland. In response to the extensive growth in the use of elastomers for adhesives and flexible membranes, Dow has invested in new laboratory equipment at the facility, which will help accelerate technical progress in these key market segments. New laboratory capabilities include the installation of a hot melt adhesive liner, a laminating unit and a direct extrusion line for flexible membranes.
