DocuWorld Group has acquired the Madrid company DrimpakSpecializing in cardboard packaging for the high-end perfumery and cosmetics sector. Located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, the Drimpak company joins its future with that of the rest of the industrial companies of the DWU group, Eman Packaging, Navarra de Etiquejes, Rever Tags, Formsystem / Pharma Prospect and Imprenta Universal.
"We want to be a group of graphic companies that offer packaging solutions, where the attributes of our cardboard packaging increase the value of our customers' products, providing differentiation, safety and respect for the environment," says its president, Jose Ramon Benito.
This incorporation is part of the execution of the 2019-2022 Strategic Plan which, together with the recent incorporation of the Catalan company Pharma prospect"It will position us at the forefront of the market, giving our customers a differentiated value proposition," says Ricardo Sempere, General Manager of the DocuWorld Group's Packaging business unit.
Being part of the DocuWorld Group means for Alejandro Garcia, who continues as managing director and shareholder, confirmation "of the good work that has been done at Drimpak over the last few years."
With these additions, the DocuWorld Group will reach a turnover of close to 50M euros in 2020, with 7 production centers: Eman, Navarra de Etiquejes, Rever, Formsystem, Universal, Pharma Prospect and Drimpak, with more than 300 permanent jobs.
