EGISA joins ISEM Packaging Group

ISEM Packaging Group, the leading European group in luxury secondary packaging for the perfumery, cosmetics, wines and spirits and fashion sectors, announces the acquisition of EGISA, a Barcelona-based company that is a leader in the manufacture of high-end folding boxes with more than 60 years of experience.

With the support of Peninsula Capital, ISEM Packaging Group has been pursuing an ambitious industrial integration strategy to become the first fully-integrated multinational luxury packaging group, offering a 360° multi-product and multi-service proposition to its target markets.

The Group is currently made up of six historic luxury packaging companies:

  • ISEM – European leader in luxury rigid boxes for perfumes, cosmetics, wines and spirits.
  • Bramucci graphics (integrated in 2018) – Specialist in folding boxes for the cosmetics and luxury markets.
  • Industrial Pack (integrated in 2022) – Expert in the production of hard boxes, cardboard and printed tissue papers for the fashion, eyewear, chocolate, nutraceutical, parapharmacy, cosmetics and perfumery sectors.
  • Tuscan Sacchettificio (integrated in 2023): Leader in fine, bespoke handbags and tote bags, serving leading luxury fashion brands worldwide for over 40 years.
  • Bartoli Packaging (integrated in 2024): a historic Tuscan company specialising in luxury rigid boxes for the haute couture, jewellery and luxury watch industries.
  • EGISA (integrated in 2025) – European leader in the manufacture of high-end folding boxes for the luxury sector, serving mainly the perfumery, cosmetics, wines and spirits and fine food industries.

With this new integration, ISEM Packaging Group strengthens its position as a strategic partner for luxury brands by expanding its expertise and production capabilities in multiple packaging solutions. This acquisition reinforces the Group's commitment to excellence, innovation, sustainability, efficiency and flexibility, core values ​​that drive its philosophy and growth strategy.

EGISA’s extensive experience in the manufacture of high-end folding carton packaging, particularly in the perfumery, cosmetics, wines and spirits and luxury food sectors, will play a key role in extending ISEM’s leadership in these sectors. By leveraging EGISA’s market knowledge, ISEM will further strengthen its ability to create bespoke packaging solutions tailored to the unique needs of luxury brands.

The Group will maintain the current productive and organizational structure of EGISA, guaranteeing the continuity of its employees, clients and partners and promoting industrial and professional synergies.

Furthermore, ISEM and EGISA have agreed on a joint strategy to accelerate the development of sustainable packaging technologies and expand into new international markets, further strengthening their shared ambition to become the benchmark in luxury packaging solutions.
