El Cluster of Innovation in Container and Packaging of the Valencian Community and the Packaging Cluster of Catalonia have signed a collaboration agreement so that the member companies of both clusters benefit from the activities led by each of them.
The objective is, furthermore, to focus efforts on boosting joint collaborative and innovation projects, both between the companies of both clusters and the entities themselves with the aim of improving the competitiveness of the companies.
The agreement also provides for the search for synergies in the field of training within the sector, both in online and postgraduate courses, as well as holding an annual conference between clusters that specifies and brings together companies and actions.
The document has been signed by the president of the Packaging and Packaging Innovation Cluster, Francisco Ortega, and the president of the Packaging Cluster, Artur Costa, in a ceremony attended by the highest representatives of both entities.
Likewise, it encourages participation in the activities of both clusters and the promotion of actions between both entities to encourage the business of their associated companies. The clusters, in addition to sharing their annual plans and activities, will create a monitoring commission to guarantee this collaboration.
