El Packaging Cluster has signed a collaboration agreement with the consulting firm PONS IP, referents in monitoring the industrial and intellectual property of companies and knowledge centers.
The agreement will allow members associated with the cluster to receive free advice from PONS IP, in any of its services related to patent management, technological development, data protection or the valuation of intangible assets, among others.
In addition, for any associated management by the consultant, each partner will enjoy a discount on the consultant's fees, which will facilitate the correct administration of all the innovations carried out by the more than 130 associated members.
The relationship between both entities will lead to the joint organization and participation in events or training that can provide knowledge on issues that involve the intellectual and industrial property and technology transfer, con el objetivo de expand the market intelligence of the packaging sector.
These legal resources will lay the foundations for a safe and updated activity in accordance with the management requirements of intellectual and industrial property for the Packaging Cluster and its members.
In addition, PONS IP has supported the cluster in the protection of your brand at a European level with the change of logo and image. This new corporate identity was presented during the celebration of the entity's tenth anniversary on December 1.
