El Porrón Canalla was born from the concept of recovering the traditional sandwiches that mothers prepared during childhood, seeking the essence and quality of the products from before, but in a rogue and groundbreaking way.
The identity is characterized by an open image, with illustrations, fonts and colors that allow thousands of combinations but that all come together in the same concept, "canallismo".
The name is a combination of the best complement for a sandwich, the porrón; and in homage to the area where the premises are located, Ballesta street in Madrid. The furniture consisting of large tables and benches designed by Gabriel Corchero Studio, offer the possibility of choosing the most comfortable way in which to eat the sandwich, at low tables or high tables as a bar. The heart is in the kitchen, which is visible to the customers.
