Plater has collaborated with the company Technomold to supply easy-to-make, low-cost hospital masks. Enplater film has been used for protective screens, manufactured to save lives and prevent contagion from the Covid-19.
Enplater has also sent special material to the Mutuam Girona Social Health Hospital with protective materials and to the SEM (Medical Emergency Service) film to protect the ambulances.
The group's Aragonese plant, Envases Plásticos de Aragón, has increased the safety stock of raw and auxiliary materials to respond to the increase in demand from its customers, mainly from the agri-food sector. For this reason, Enplater's management has decided to temporarily expand its production center in Sariñena, Huesca, with the installation of a 750-meter tent.
Enplater Group, a company specialized in flexible packaging, reached the figure of 65 Million Euros in 2019 and has a workforce of 394 workers in the centers of Torroella de Montgrí (Girona) and Sariñena (Huesca).
