The Danish skincare brand nuori has chosen for The One the Quadpack Regula Airless range with PCR, which preserves the formula from external contamination without the need for synthetic preservatives. Nuori has selected recyclable materials for its packaging, such as 100% recycled PET for the outer bottle and cap, keeping a sea green tone that matches the brand's aesthetics.

"We wanted to have the most sustainable packaging with maximum protection," he says. Ann-Marie Ronlund Jensen, Brand Manager of Nuori. “As an expert partner, Quadpack always explains to us perfectly the options available in terms of innovation and sustainability. Following the research and conversations we had for the launch of The One, we decided to use recycled materials, with their imperfections and color variations. It was non-negotiable that it was an airless container. The final package fits perfectly with our idea of high performance, simple aesthetics and low waste.”

The One is manufactured entirely in Europe. The product is mixed in Denmark and the packaging is manufactured and decorated at Quadpack's production sites in Kierspe, Germany. Quadpack's experience with PET injection has allowed for an impeccable combination of PP and rPET. The metal-free inner bottle and pump, which are the parts in contact with the product, are made of PP to improve compatibility. A rigorous three-month testing process has been followed to ensure a perfect fit between the formula and the packaging.

Paint has been avoided on the outer bottle and cap, both made of rPET, leaving its recycled appearance, with the brand's design screen-printed in two colors. The inner bottle, the adapter and the dispenser are injected with color to harmonize with the sea green tone of the exterior. The result is sustainable packaging that condenses Scandinavian minimalism with the airless protection necessary to ensure the efficacy and freshness of Nuori's simple skincare formula.
