For your fashion show at this year's New York Fashion Week, Kith was associated with Don Julio 1942 to design a personalized invitation to your parade. Kith's team designed a limited edition 1.75 El Jefe 1942L Tequila bottle and case. GPA Luxury produced these custom cases.
The end result is a wooden case long and slim with retractable handles and a lid closed with metal clasps. The wooden frame is wrapped in black leather material, which they stamped with gold foil to create the Don Julio y Kith brand. The piano latches, handles and hinges on the lid match the color of this sheet. Since both handles snap into the recesses and lie flat, the case can be placed at either end or sat across.
Inside the box, the 1942 custom made bottle is housed in an EVA fitting; on the opposite side, on the top, is the invitation. The entire interior of the case, including the bottle trim, is lined with black suede printed with Kith's signature monogram. For the finishing touches, they stamped the Don Julio logo on gold foil, on the inside of the cap, and added a black bow on the fitting to make it easy to remove the bottle.
