Futuris

Futuris It's a packaging concept that combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge design. Inspired by hazarashen, the traditional architectural technique of layering a thousand wooden elements (hazar), this project transforms the wine bottle into a modular art form. Developed as a creative initiative by Nare Sargsyan, student of Backbone BrandingFuturis breaks with the static norms of the industry, offering a visual identity that combines cultural heritage with modern functionality.

The solution is an innovative vision based on timeless architectural principles. The design is built upon a modular system of interlocking elements. This structure is designed to offer high-level functionality; its unique geometry allows the bottle to be placed horizontally with ease, ensuring the cork remains moist for extended aging.

The design is also intended to last. Once the bottle is removed, the elements can be easily reconfigured to form a sophisticated vase, allowing the piece to remain a decorative element for the home.
