The investment, made after an exhaustive selection process among the main global firms, exceeds € 3 million and comes to respond to the sustained growth of the company in its division of the packaging, as well as the increasing level of demand of its natural market in terms of innovation, differentiation and quality.
The new press, newly arrived from Germany in nine trailers, began to be installed at the beginning of September in the plant that Gaez has in Arganda del Rey, 11.600 m2 built on an area of 21.000, and it is expected to have it operational in mid-October.

It is specially configured for Gaez in order with the current and highest standards of demand in the world of 'premium' packaging. It can work with a very wide range of print media and provide multiple finishing options: glossy and matte effects, surface and supplementary lacquers, single and multiple lacquers with dispersion and / or UV varnish. All this in a single pass thanks to its nine printing units and its varnishing module, which integrates the exclusive 'AniloxLoader' system. The most modern automation modules, such as the 'DriveTronic' concept or the 'VariDry LED-UV' drying system, complete the 'Rapida 106'.
This investment represents a decisive step in Gaez's growth strategy, which this year aims to close over € 11 million in turnover, and its positioning as one of the leading firms in the field of selective packaging.
