The Design Museum of Barcelona hosted the final award ceremony of the tenth edition of the Fedrigoni Awards Best Award 2017 and the opening of a major exhibition entitled Excellence on paper, which celebrates the history and evolution of the Fedrigoni-sponsored Award as a way to promote quality and elegance in projects implemented with its special papers.
In total, 15 winners (first, second and third place) and 3 special mentions, selected from 1116 entries from designers, creatives, printers, publishers and end customers in the five categories: Packaging, Labels, Digital Printing HP Indigo Corporate Publications and Books .
En Packaging, the first place went to Adega Velha 6 And 12 Xo (printer: Manufacturas Aéme, LDA; designer: Miguel Pinto Félix). In Tags, the first prize went to Piquentum Sv. Vital (printer: Etikgraf doo; designer: Studio Sonda). The winner in the category of HP Indigo Digital Printing It was Off Black Magazine (printer: FE Burman Ltd; designer: Bonnevier Ainsworth).
En Corporate Publications, the first prize went to 'YSL - Mon Paris' (printer: Opero srl; designer: Akatre). In Books, the winner was' Jde O To Aby O Neco Slo, Typograf Oldrich Hlavsa '(printer: Typodesign; designer: Tomandesign) and the Special Award Gianfranco Fedrigoni went to' Bob Dylan. A Year And A Day '(Printer: Graphicom; Designer: Jess Sappenfield).
