Gerresheimer has manufactured the bottles of the new perfumes Swedish Experience Wild Hearts and Blazing Warmths by Oriflame.

Gerresheimer has used post-consumer recycled glass (PCR) to reduce energy consumption and waste, as well as innovative technologies that enable eco-design principles and optimized glass weight reduction. Gerresheimer's production plants for cosmetic packaging in Momignies, Belgium and Tettau, Germany, are leaders in glass packaging in PCR.

“By combining PCR with optimized packaging without compromising on design, we created a very sophisticated bottle for Oriflame's Swedish Experience fragrance series. With 40% PCR in glass at our Momignies plant, we reduce the carbon footprint and use less raw material, "he says. Jurgen Grasel, Sales Director for Cosmetics Europe Molded Glass at Gerresheimer.
