Street food

Street food, or sale of food on public roads, was born in the United States, although it is also consolidating in Europe in its most creative versions. The reason for its success is the ability to satisfy the growing need for proximity, in accordance with new consumer habits.
An original example is the Gin Truck, with which Albert Goldentaer, Spanish businessman and barman, has made the supply of cocktails a traveling business, taking it out of the usual place. Covering the points of contact for events, fairs, concerts and sports events is the new business model on which street food projects such as Gin Truck are based.
Albert approached a communication agency, which would be in charge of creating his visual identity, and chose a provider of quality printing products like Pixartprinting.
"The look of my portable cart immediately transmits all the messages I want to attract the potential customer that may pass," explains the Spanish entrepreneur. “The young and fresh image that I have chosen and reflected with Pixartprinting printed material explains who I am and talks about my products and the service I offer. Through this decoration, the Gin Truck becomes a promotional vehicle for my business ”.
On its website, the creative agency found all the appropriate solutions and materials to “dress” the Gin Truck. In the section dedicated to large format printing, he selected the Forex panels and the canvases used for the cladding of the structure. The visual identity was completed with small-format material printed on paper and cardboard, such as business cards and coasters.
