Maculart Group continues with its expansion plan and has recently acquired a new 500 m2 warehouse in Cerdanyola del Vallès, Barcelona, which has involved an investment of 415.000€.
The new warehouse is located next to its current headquarters in the La Clota industrial estate and will be established as an area for storage exclusively, separate from the production module. Thanks to this purchase, the firm's facilities have a total surface area of 4.318 m2, which will enable the company's growth plans to be carried out over the next few years. Its full operation is scheduled for October 2015 and will make it possible to increase the company's production flow by having more space, as well as greater storage capacity.
Albert Majós, manager of the Maculart Group, has announced that he plans to invest in specialized printing equipment to cover all the graphic needs in different sectors and to open up to new markets.
These improvements, along with the introduction of Xerox digital technology at the beginning of the year, allow Maculart to offer personalized packaging services with savings of up to 40%, even on orders of 100 cases, depending on the characteristics.
The Group has accumulated an upward growth line in recent years. In 2014, it had a turnover of 5 million euros, 7,7% more than the previous year and foresees a line of sustained growth between 7 and 10%.
