HCP acquires Rusi Cosmetic

HCP, with the support of its majority shareholder Baring Private Equity Asia, has reached an agreement whereby it will acquire 100% of the shares of Russian Cosmetic GmbH & Co. KG by Klaus Sindel and other shareholders and asset holders.

Rusi will provide the main HCP manufacturing platform in Europe, and its business and operational functions will be fully and seamlessly integrated into HCP. The president of Rusi will report directly to the president and CEO of the HCP Group. There will be no further managerial changes in this phase.

SIMP will continue to operate as an independent organization to ensure its ability to serve customers who purchase brushes from SIMP directly.
