Hinojosa has bought the production units of the packaging solutions group formed by Democo y Edhor. The acquisition will allow it to complete its offer of products and services, as well as expand its presence in Catalonia, one of the main markets of cardboard of the Iberian Peninsula.
The operation, which has been carried out during the bankruptcy procedure in which these companies were immersed, was formalized on July 15, 2019. In addition to incorporating the assets of these factories, Hinojosa has assumed its contracts and obligations and has It has committed to keeping the 101 employees of both companies, to strengthening the plant and integrating the teams within the group's structure.
